This indenture documenting your Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the "Terms") of various contestconclave.com (hereinafter referred to as "Contest Conclave") services.
To obtain any of the Contest Conclave services you are required to read and agree with these Terms, Privacy Policy and other policies implemented and published on the Platform from time to time or any amendments thereof. By accepting these Terms in any manner or accessing the website, you consent, agree and undertake to abide, be bound by and adhere to these Terms.
Please do not register to become a member of Contest Conclave if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The services of the Contest Conclave are available only to persons who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Hence, You must be 18 (eighteen) years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement (as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872).
Persons who are incompetent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged solvents, minors etc are not eligible for the services provided by this website and hence shall not register as a user or transact on this website.
Members agree not to;
1. activate or use more than one Member account;
2. select or use an Email Address of another person;
3. use a name subject to the rights of another person without authorization from that person;
4. use a false or misleading name, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
Member agrees not to misuse or abuse the membership rights by acting in a way that is contrary to the Terms. Member agrees not to attempt to make money by any means other than those approved by Contest Conclave.
Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise Contest Conclave will result in immediate termination of your account. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Contest Conclave shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activities, or any other violation of the Terms. Any decision of Contest Conclave makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
Contest Conclave reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.
Winners will be selected on a random basis through Contest Conclave’s automatic software.
The decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winners shall be intimated through email/notifications by the Contest Conclave to the email id of the Winner that he/she has provided during submission. The Participant hereby understands and agrees that the responsibility of the Organizer is limited only to the extent of communicating it to them about winning the Draw and the Prize won by them.
If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Site, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s, or
5. Any other payment related issue, whatsoever.
Any kind of contest fee, ad fee or any other fee is non-refundable.
Contest Conclave is not responsible for payment of the duties, taxes or other financial obligations related to the prizes awarded.
Members signing up for the Contest Conclave program is opting-in to receive newsletters and other special offers through emails/notifications from Contest Conclave. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt anytime (Please refer to the Privacy policy & Cookie policy)
All material and content on the Website, including images, illustrations, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is our property, or the property of our affiliates or content suppliers, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law, including copyright, authors’ rights, database rights laws, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us.
The compilation of all content on the Website is our exclusive property and is protected by the laws of India and international copyright and database rights laws.
You hereby agree to not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other website or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.
All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions and use of Contest Conclave services, the courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in exclusion of all other courts.
Notwithstanding anything stated in this Regulation for any unforeseen issues arising, and not covered by this regulation, or in the event of differences of interpretation, the CEO of Contest Conclave may take a decision as he/she may deem fit. The decision of the CEO shall be final.
Notwithstanding anything contained hereinbefore, Contest Conclave may amend and implement the Terms, whenever required, in the interest of maintaining the standard and improving user experience without any prior notice and you shall be governed by such Terms so implemented from time to time.
Please review the Terms from time to time on a regular basis since your ongoing use is subject to the Terms as amended. Your continued participation in Contest Conclave after such amendment shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such amendment.
